The children in the SOS Children's Village Gaza are in great danger.
Bombing draws closer

Children in acute danger

The lives of the children in our care at the SOS Children's Village in Rafah are in acute danger.

The boys and girls are between 1 and 14 years old. In addition to them, there are 16 caregivers, 3 unaccompanied children and 148 internally displaced persons on the SOS Children's Village premises.

Our staff in Gaza have told us about heavy bombardments in the vicinity of the SOS Children's Village. Despite repeated attempts, it has not been possible to obtain exit permits for the children and caregivers. If they are forced to leave the SOS Children's Village, there is no place where they will be safe.

SOS Children's Villages supports children, young people and families on all sides of conflicts. We stand up for every child worldwide, including in Israel and Palestine - regardless of nationality, skin color, religion or ethnicity.
