Liechtenstein helps - and we say thank you!

The solidarity in Liechtenstein is overwhelming. Thanks to the generous support of numerous donors, we have already raised 54,000 francs as part of this year's Christmas campaign "Giving hope - sustainable aid for children and families in war zones". This aid will benefit children, young people and families suffering from war, violence and displacement. At the same time, the need is still enormous - every additional donation counts.

Our Christmas campaign in figures

Children and young people in Palestine and Israel, Ukraine and Tigray, Ethiopia, are growing up in conditions that offer little security, stability or prospects for the future. The donations received support over 83,000 children, young people and families in these regions with life-saving emergency aid such as food, medical care and hygiene products. They provide protection and care for children who have lost or are at risk of losing their parents, offer psychological support to overcome severe trauma and open up new prospects for a self-determined future through educational opportunities. The help provided by SOS Children's Villages is designed for the long term: We support families beyond acute emergency aid and strengthen communities in the long term.
