Review 2025: Together we strengthen children on their journey

In 2025, we supported four local and 34 international SOS programs with a total of CHF 2.4 million. In Albania, for example, children affected by poverty found a new home in the SOS Children's Village and broken families received important stabilization in the SOS Social Centre. Sick and disadvantaged children in Liechtenstein received therapy and medical aids through our family support program.

SOS Children's Villages Hamburg's AnchorFamily can offer six children aged one to five years protection, stability and reliable relationships. The special feature is that the places are specifically designed for siblings. Staying together gives them support, security and strengthens their emotional bond in an often stressful situation.

In addition to informative figures, the annual report primarily tells stories that show that change is possible. "Thanks to your solidarity, children and families in difficult situations have found support, access to education and new hope," emphasizes our patron Princess Tatjana von und zu Liechtenstein. "Behind every figure in this report are lives that have been sustainably changed by your commitment."
